As part of our recruitment and search activities, we proactively identify professionals whose experience may be relevant to current or future opportunities. This means we may process information about you even if you have not applied for a role or contacted Ember Talent directly.

We may obtain this information directly from you or from professional and publicly available sources, including LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, professional platforms, referrals and our professional network.

For client and prospective client contacts, we may process professional contact and business information relevant to our recruitment services and business relationships.

Candidate and prospective candidate information will generally be retained for up to 24 months from our last meaningful interaction with you or recruitment activity relating to your profile, unless we have an ongoing relationship with you or another lawful reason to retain the information.

Business, client and financial records may be retained for longer where required for contractual, accounting, tax, legal or regulatory purposes.

If you ask us not to contact you, we may retain limited information necessary to ensure that we respect your preference.

We do not rely solely on automated decision-making to determine whether a candidate should be introduced to a client.
